There is much to do concerning a fence to be built on the Mexican—United States
border. The public is demanding a fence be built to keep illegal aliens out of United
States. The government keeps dragging its feet in building the fence because the
public is unaware of the issues of law concerning the fence.
1. There are no longer any physical borders in the federal or states constitutions
because they have been removed.
2. Public policy is operating under Article IV Sec. 3 cl.2 of the Constitution of United
States with privileges and immunities “subject to” the 14th Amendment to the
constitution in the land of make believe in debt/credit under private international
law.
3. The public policy under Article IV Sec. 3 cl.2 is trying to force their will on to
Article IV Sec. 3 cl.1. Public policy has no standing in fact and in law to force a
fence in the land of reality, i.e., Article IV Sec. 3 cl.1. Bankrupt people are
considered in the law as fictitious persons, specifically ones that are weak or flawed
and not considered a sovereign!!
