ABOUT THE AUTHOR

Your author first got interest in the freedom fight in 1969, after an uncle of mine
gave me some patriot newspapers that he somehow got a hold of and gave them to
me. Believe or not, he was a tax collector for the state and keep telling me the
people were getting screwed by government. I decided in February of 1970 that I
was not going to file any more tax forms, state or federal. To this day I have not
filed any tax forms. That decision lead me to the crow bar hotel and I lost everything
I had except the experience.

All in all I learned a lot and I am forever grateful to a man by the name of Bill Avery.
Bill was a tax editor and translator for the world corporations. He could speak, read,
and write twelve different languages fluently. His major being Latin. Because of his
background, he told me the corporations where in the process of setting up a
corporate one world communist dictatorship untouchable by any government.

Although Bill is no longer with us, having passed from this life on July 29, 1981, his
knowledge still continues. He gave me a foundation to better understand the whole
scheme of government. I first met Bill through an article Bill wrote and published in
Bob Lyons T.R.U.E. News in 1976 titled Judicial Murder by the Roman Civil Law. I
wrote to Bill about the article, and from then on we become good friends—
continuing to feed me all I could digest, which was a tremendous amount of
information, especially the Law Merchant (not talking about UCC but of ancient
origin), which he knew like the palm of his hand. Bill later shared with me that I was
the only one who ever wrote him about the article. Subsequently, I was Bill’s first
student. In reflecting back on those years, I admit that I didn’t understand much
about the subject, but my love of history and reading comprehension, along with
tenacity in digging in the law libraries, has paid back royalty in my understanding of
the law.
